Children will be immersed learning outside every day. They will spend 90% of their day learning and playing outside.

During small groups children will rotate between 2 teachers who are able to focus on each area such as pre-writing, pre-reading, sensory/science, and math.

Emphasis placed on learning through play and sensory activities as well as life skills. Children will have responsibilities within the classroom and among their peers. Focus on relationships with others. Academics will be woven in through the children's interest.

Children will still have all of these wonderful extras built into their weekly schedule. The love to maintain the garden and use those items for cooking. Art is always readily available for them, but they also have intentional art time too.

Handwriting/Phonics Program
Our children will be using a loose version of Handwriting without Tears for our handwriting program. For phonics our children will be using Heggerty Phonemic Awareness Curriculum.
