Toddlers become very independent during these months. They want to do everything themselves and learn from their mistakes. They keep persevering, no matter how hard the task may seem. They find joy in all the experiences they are given as they pave their own path.
Toddlers naturally enjoy exploring their physical and social environment. Teachers will use this knowledge to help design the classroom and outdoor space. By giving toddlers various materials, toddlers will begin to plan and construct their own activities using creativity and imagination.
Toddlers ratios depend on their age, but ranges from 1:5 or 1:6. Rooms will be no more than 12 children per class.
Mini Toddlers are February-July birthdays (turning 2)-1 nap a day
Toddlers are September-January birthdays (turning 2)- 1 nap a day
